That's why people used yellow porch lights in the past. The color didn't attract bugs.

I recently replaced my porch lights with LED bulbs, but there aren't a lot of bugs out right now so I can't give you any definite answers on them.

Exterior light attract bugs....period.

You can try putting a brighter light somewhere other than where you are. It may draw more of the bugs.

I want a "daylight" bulb but does that attract more bugs over "soft white"? What would you recommend? Is there one that would deter bugs and still be bright and white?
