-use boxes to make shelves by stacking them on top of each other (you can paint the boxes)
-find picture online and print them or ones you already have and make a collage
-use rapping paper to make locker wallpaper
-a plastic cup to hold stuff
I know its not that much but, I ran out of ideas ;c also decorating your locker isn't important because you usually don't use it much anyways.

Hollow out some old books to make boxes, by cutting out all the the center of the pages. It goes fast if you do several pages at a time.. Then paint the book covers.
If you do come up with a tiny bit of money find some old jars with lids. Get glue, glow light sticks, baby oil and glitter (all can be found at the dollar store). Fill the jar with baby oil and open the glow sticks...pour the glow liquid it with the oil ad the glitter. Glue the lid on. Shake it up. The glitter glows...Now you have glowing snow globes in your locker.
Hey I'm going to open house Tomorrow for school and I want to make my locker cute...I don't really have the materials for a lot but what I do have is.....Easter grass....lays (flower necklace) and a panda head (it's a stress ball) >_< what should I do about locker shelf... I always feel guilty asking my mom to buy me more stuff then she already does.. So no buying a bunch of expensive stuff please. Also please nothing strange...once someone told me to put a giant jesus statue...(I don't have anything against that) and then someone told me to put real grass I want to look cool for school
