How can i like .. Use less ?

You need to learn how to cook , its not hard . Red Beans and Rice and Meats were my main source of food when i lived on my own. 5 Min ready rice , and Blue Runner Read Beans. Took 15 minutes to make.
Buy meats and put them in the oven , best way to cooke meats. I didn't have a grill so i even put hamburgers and hot dogs in the oven ; they come out so juicy and are the best meat you ate ever. 10 minutes on one side and flip for 10 minutes on the other side.
One of the best tools is to keep a diary for a month or so. Record every single expense you make, even if only a few cents. You can do it on a memo pad you carry around, or on your smartphone if you have one.
You will be amazed (and saddened) at the amount of crap you have been spending on.
You use less by not using as much. Simple as that. You already listed your problems, so you don't really need anyone to tell you how to save money. You just cut back on these areas.
Don't but as much food
You can "like" not spend it on whatever "like" you are spending it on - if "like" what you are spending it on is "like" not necessary.
