From what I've read, you'll not want to vermicompost dog or cat turds in the name of healthy people who use the compost to grow things, and in the name of the health of your worms. Have I ever tried it myself though? No.
add things that you can decompose like banana peels, eggshells and apple cores. make sure to keep a layer of shredded paper at the top of the worm bin, and it'll keep the smell away. i don't recommend poop of any kind, because it is firstly very un-hygienic and also, it will smell terrible.
never use the poop of carnivores for compost , if that compost is for a food garden .

You can put veggie and fruit scraps in a blender with some water and pour it in the container
Do i just set up a worm bin like normal? And only feed them poop and shredded paper? Will it stink?
