If you have an account with Wells Fargo, this should not be any sort of issue. The check you receive can easily be deposited in your account at the bank and you should be able to access the $$ as soon as the check clears.
If you receive cash (which I seriously doubt), then you take the wad of cash to a local Wells Fargo and make a deposit into your account, There *should* be no issue with you accessing the balance of this money immediately, but banks can be difficult at time and may make it more difficult for a few days for you to have access to this money.
As anonimitie says, deposit in your account. If you can't do that, talk to someone at Wells Fargo about the right process to follow.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question but, deposit it into your Wells Fargo account. Then draw the money out whenever you need it.
Ask for cash.
You don't cash it - you deposit it into your account.
You can cash it at the bank of the buyer.
