start your day off with a low sugar/ high vitamin cereal eaten at about 8am with unsweetened almond or soy milk. At noon have a lunch of salad consisting of various vegetables, such as spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, and so on and also include a cooked salmon fillet or a can of tuna. At 3pm have a smoothie consisting of unsweetened almond or soy milk, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1 banana or 1/2 cup sugar-free yogurt, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, and 1 small slice of fresh ginger. for dinner at about 5 or 5:30 have a chicken breast cooked in some balsamic vinegar and tomatoes or peaches or mushrooms and onions. At about 8:30 or 9pm have another smoothie consisting of 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice, 1 leaf of kale with stem removed and 1 banana. you can also have a bedtime snack consisting of 1/2 cup of fruit and sugar-free yogurt with a small amount of seeds of your choice on top. you should be eating about 1200-1400 calories per day to lose weight. A typical healthy diet consists of 1800-2000 calories per day with about 50g to 100g of sugar. Vegetables and fruits are the way to go for healthy eating as well as plain fish fillets and chicken breasts. Try and stay away from things like breads, rice, potatoes and other starchy foods. You can also eat up to two eggs per day substituted for your morning cereal or hard boiled in your lunch time salad..though they do contain a lot of cholesterol it is the correct kind and if you eat enough polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats it should be easily controlled. you can get these types of fats form nuts and seeds and fish and chicken.
You should also go for walks. I go for 2 10k walks a week doing about 10k in about an hour and a half or so. You have to walk fairly fast. But it builds muscle as well as allows you to burn off calories without putting too much stress on your knees and ankles.
and make sure to keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least 1 to 2 litres or 1/4 to 1/2 gallon of water per day. Change this amount according to how much you sweat and how hard you work.

yoga will be best for u. do it for an hour. start with lom-vilom. this will help u to loose weight.
to reduce tummy, do 'kapal-bhati' kriya. surely, it will make you smart.
I want to loose waight say about 10 to 15 kgs... Bt as soon as possible. Only my tummy area. Rest of my body is normal in shape..... Just want reduse tummy.... What shud i do? Which should affect faster
