Many groups are saying even though goods/etc are made in america, many parts are not from america or the the actual item is just asembled in america. But I think that you should look a little more in depth. Maybe buy locally. Support your small businesses. I think that is a big part of the Buy American. Go to the local grocery, get your car serviced and new tires at the local family owned shop. Get your flowers from the local florist, etc.

Because you are harming people who need the work more. Do you really want to deprive someone in another country money to feed their family when nobody in America actually goes hungry with food stamps and food banks?

There is very little left that is made in america :)
