What gives me energy?

im always sooo tired ....

Actually carbohydrates only gives you energy for about two hours and it gives you too much in those two hours. What you need is fat and proteins which release their energy over four or more hours. Fat is the most energy dense, nearly double that of carbohydrates. Just attend a diabetes education seminar and you'll learn why carbohydrates are not the answer.

Like natasha said, Carbohydrates are what give you energy. They can be found in any food with grains.Getting this energy is also dependent on your metabolism rate. Metabolism is the rate your body digests and gets the energy from your food. If your like me, your metablosim rate is like a wolf, mad fast, or if your on the other end, your metabolism rate might be a little slow.

Carbohydrates, also know as carbs are full of sugar that isn't bad for you, that gives you energy and helps you to be active, carbohydrates are things like; bread, noodles, pasta, rice, and bagels, baguettes and things like croissants etc. hope you find this answer helpful.

You need to to eat foodstuff rich in carbohydrates and stop doing too much of work.
