Don't know about the pump but why not just add more barrels? We have two big ones.

I have some questions for collecting rainwater in my backyard. I already have a barrel system, but was wondering if I could put a sump pump to save more water and distribute it somehow. Is a outdoor sump pump possible? What are some other rainwater collection systems to use besides the barrel?
