no realy a question, but if u want to not be tired. Then get more sleep and eat food with IRON this is key in keeping your body, well the opposite of what your feeling.

Cocoa Powder and Chocolate
Clams, Oysters, and Mussels
Sun Dried Tomatoes

and most common is dried appricots
Lack of exercise and a proper diet will lead to you being less energetic.
Exercise helps to circulate your blood better, thus, you will have more energy!
You can go to travel to have a relax
Take rest.
