How do I gain energy and motivation?

First, stop taking energy supplements. That stuff will mess up your heart and kidneys. Turn off the cell phone, computer, TV, whatever is distracting you at 10pm and go to bed. Try to get a few nights in a row of real sleep. When you get home from school go for a jog, bike ride, walk, something to get your metabolism up naturally and then do a few hours of homework. If your depressed, exercise helps a lot. Get in a pattern of healthy sleep and exercise and you will find energy. Motivation is graduating high school and college and having a good paying job and not relying on the government and taxpayers to pay for a crappy little existence.

1. talk to your parents and have them make a doctor appointment for you.I would only be guessing what might be making you feel the way you do. could be anything from low iron, to not challenged in school to not getting enough deep sleep, eye strain, dehydrated, or something in your brain not right.

2. Don't delay doing #1. Good luck.

Best way to get motivated and feel relax is being in nature, go climbing or biking in a place where every thing in natural

No sound of cars , no sound of any thing which is made by human.

then you feel really great and relax and very energetic :)

Try it.

Easy steps to get motivated the task should naturally get enough adrenaline going to keep you motivated and give you the energy to make it happen.

Lol okay, I know this sounds retarded.. I'm only in high school, so far in my first half of the semester I have all A's and B's in class, so it's not like I struggle with the work. I have to drink 5-hour energys constantly, and pull all nighters, as in I stay up all night until school..... to do much homework. I don't mind school, and I realize it's importance, it's just really hard for me to ever gain motivation or energy to do work. It's not healthy to drink 5-hour energys all the time, but if I don't I'll just fall asleep without doing work. I don't know if it could be because of depression that I'm always tired and lack energy? I'm a pretty hyper person, and all my friends would say I'm talkative, it just doesn't really make sense to me. I don't want to make up excuses or anything, I'm just wondering what I could do to possibly change this..
