Question about how any different professions it takes to build a 1,000 square foot house?

i build houses i have 3 helpers i farm out foundations/concrete work they use 3-4 man crew i farm out electricity they use 2 man crew i farm out plumbing they use 2 man crew i do it this way for practicality of licensing formats the electricians come twice roughout 2-3 days finish in 2 so 5 days total plumbers take a little longer but roughly same schedule rough and finish we'll say 7-10 days so 4 of us build complete house alone so 8 guys can do it in a reasonable timeframe hope this helps

That depends on the kind of construction it will be . . .

straw-bale; clay-dome; conventional wood frame, etc. . . .

Question about how any different professions it takes to build a 1,000 square foot house?

When a general contractor is managing his subordinates, construction workers, while they build the framework etc. for a house, how many other people in different professions such as plumbing and electrician are there when building a brand new house.

Also would the plumbers/electricians work alone, with a partner, in groups?

Also around how many construction workers would be needed to build a 1 story 1,000 square foot house.

carpenters

dry wallers

electricians

plumbers

masons

flooring

carpeting

windows and doors

roofing

excavators

landscapers

misc laborers

most of these will have a partner/helper/gofer

to determine number of workers to build anything, would need to see blueprints
