if its what im thinking of id be inclined to say no not that its impossible but cost effectively the price of such would exceed the value of the image

I have a Resin Wooden Frame and it fell from the wall unto the floor and as a result there are cracks all over. The picture itself is not cracked just the wood.

Is it possible to have the image removed from the wooden frame and have it reapplied to another Resin Wooden Frame?
