Design it the way you want it - you can place a certain section in the room where you'll display your girly stuff, or you can place a section for entertainment like setting up a multimedia section like a tv set and the likes perhaps, and/or a dresser where you can place all your dresses and makeup kits and the likes.

I would turn it into a hobby room. For example I love singing, so I would turn it into a studio. So whatever your favorite hobby is I would turn the room into just that! :-)
