Is it ok to photoshop bedrooms, living room, kitchen before listing my house on the market?

As long as its just minor adjustments like lighting, color, saturation, etc. and not covering up damages or replacing existing fixtures with more attractive ones then I see no problem with it. Hotels use angle photography and photoshop all the time to make their properties look bigger/more inviting.

You can lighten or darken your photos but I wouldn't plan on any drastic changes. For example, if you don't have a great floor, then you don't want to "add" carpeting with photoshop. Or you wouldn't want to "erase" major wall cracks or ceiling problems.

Depends what kind of photoshop you are doing. Simple adjustments are totally fine. Let me know if you have any other questions about listing your home. I am a realtor that would love to help Tatiana.messina@telesproperties.com

If you are just brightening the room then sure. If you are pasting in top-of-the-line appliances then probably not.

No, I don't think so.
