Not easy to do if you are afraid of them.
You realize you don't have to fear spiders, and if you could deal with that, taking care of spiders would be quite easy, whether you kill them, take them outside, ignore them, or even keep them for pets.
I can assure you the spider is not going to bother you, so you might just as well ignore it, and deal with it next time you see it.

Get a jar or cup and pounce on it, place a book on top. Someone can deal with it in the morning.
get raid insecticide and blast it.
