You also have the option of selecting low, medium or high cost finishes (for instance the "low" would mean laminate countertops, builder grade bath fixtures, and probably carpeted floors. If you chose "high" it would cover things like granite counters and hardwood floors.)
Look for the "button" to the right of the picture of each house that says "Estimate the cost to build this floor plan". Bear in mind this is JUST for the house, and does not include the cost of the property lot.
That house could be built for less than 100,000$ in most areas, one story is cheaper than two.
It will come around 90,000$-100,000$...It will also vary builders to builder...
I'm looking to build a small house with a living room 1 bathroom 2 bed room 1 kitchen and a dinning room 2 story house with staircase or would it be cheep to be one story i live in arizona btw and im look to be as cheep as i can be very little water here so no floods or anything like that but we do have strong winds that ten to knock down trees any help would be great
