At 14 I was able to work at a local minor league baseball field at 14. I was invoked in the food service at the stadium. Also, as a 12 year old I delivered local newspapers by foot, bike, and rollerblades. However, this was years ago and I don't the labor laws in your area. Keep your ear to the street for any random opportunities. Most important save the money you get. Saving money is extremely important as you get older. Start now!!
Maybe get a paper round? That's often a start. If you've got any unwanted items and you're tech savvy then you can sell them on EBay. Maybe if you get a lot of money for Christmas/Birthday then spend some and save some same with pocket money or small jobs. Maybe someone could hire you for a part-time job if you look around? Doing dishes at a restaurant or Cleaning counters. just some ideas. If all else fails take your savings and since your in Vegas, go for broke and bet it all on roulette. Seriously though don't :)
First, you need to pay attention in school and learn something; your request is filled with errors in spelling and grammar. Don't mean to put you down but school if important. How you will present yourself to others is important - manners and being able to intelligently articulate your needs is important. A computer is an additional tool; but, if you don't have the groundwork so to speak, the computer will do you little good. Hope you find a job and do get your computer.
