Drinking a lot of water will increase your body function and give you energy, also protein is a big energy source , eat chicken or beef or pork which will give you energy. Fruits and vegetables are also a good source of natural energy although you may need to eat a lot of fruits and veggies to give you the same amount of energy as meat. Also coffee which is questionably healthy if you drink it black is a much better alternative to energy drinks which are obviously bad for you. Another thing is excercise . If you get in a routine of wxcercising every day after about a week or so you will notice that you have more energy over all. Good luck
