If it's soy based glue or hide glue made from hooves you could probably keep feeding it.

They have glue on them and therefore would require chemicals to remove the glue. Some recyclers can handle that but as there's little benefit in sorting them out and processing them differently, most recyclers would say "no". You could always just cut off the strip with the glue.

When I am done with them, can I throw them in with the other office paper for recycling? Does the glues affect anything? I ask because I used to shred them with other paper and mix them in with my horse feed. Someone told me the ink and glue wasn't good for the animals so I stopped and now just send the paper to the recycling paper but I don't want to spoil an entire batch just because of some post-it notes with glues on them.
