It seems a bit silly to even have a graduation, but we have one and I'll make the best of it. It reaches down to about mid calf, so what should I wear? Depends on what you are doing afterwards! I wore a fancy dress and after graduation i left it on but unzipped it to take pictures with friends and teachers. But I went straight home afterwards so it was kind of pointless getting so dressed up. If you have a grad dinner after graduation then definitely dress up a bit more. I would recommend something light and comfortable, as graduation is extremely boring so don't wear something too tight or filled with sequins. If I were to choose again I would wear a nice summer dress, something white and cute. Nothing longer than the gown or it looks weird. Don't go for a poofy dress as it will make you look fat in your gown. Don't wear heels that are too high unless you know what you're doing, I've seen so many accidents. My best friend wore a pantsuit LOL. It really doesn't matter unless you'll be doing something afterwards like a dinner or party. You won't be taking off your gown during graduation. Congrats!
