Since leggings are tight I usually wear a more flowy/larger shirt with them it just seems cuter.

Definitely wear something that covers you butt, nobody likes it when you wear leggings as pants. 1. Long fashionable sweatshirt or sweater 2. Comfy dress 3. Tank top from lush 4. Outfit with a skirt 5. Shorts over the leggings, very Japanese style

i agree with padaras. i would wear an oversized sweater.

T-shirts, big sweaters, tank tops, and spaghetti straps all go with them =)
