Advertise it in the local paper...but do it before you move the dirt....and if it is clean of all grass and things...you can advertise it as ....clean fill give away. or ...you will have to get a dump bin or get a landscape company or someone to take it or dump it...you will have to pay the truck driver and the dump fees....no getting around it... the last thing is to ring the council see if they have somewhere it can be dumped because if you do it without authority..you will be fined and big time...
So i am going to be digging on the side of my house and in the back, and i will have a fair amount of dirt but no where to put it. I dont need it, but i dont want to have to pay for anything either. I live in elk grove village, illinois. I also cant drive it anywhere
