In an office or business there are codes that require a certain amount of ventilation, in homes there are similiar codes. Older homes have enough infiltration that it should not be a concern.
I hope this isn't a serious question.
Normally we lock the doors and close the windows to prevent cold air. However does this create any problem with respect to oxygen shortage?
