he total house area is 4095 square feet. my bedroom is 298.48ft2.

I am just wondering ;

- is this a reasonable size bedroom.

- would you consider the size of this house to be big?

I would consider that to be a very large house. And yes, an almost 300 square foot bedroom is huge. That's double the size of my bedroom, and my bedroom is large.
