I also love quotes and think you have a great idea. Go as crazy as you like, or as much as you're allowed lol. At craft stores you can find the wall stickers that come in many different quotes. Hobby lobby is a great place to find these. Or you can check out this site:

I'd suggest getting some parchment paper, and a laser printer, and putting some cardboard frames around the parchment, and hanging them.

Or if you want, you can use a laser printer on regular paper, and then transfer the text with an iron to some other surfaces, including wood and metal, though you may need to touch them up somewhat.

Go with the Parchment paper then, and some sticky-tack. You can put up whatever you want, and take it off as you need to do so.
