When my grandparents put the primer on their house it dried to be a bright hot pink. They got complaints from 3 neighbors to change it because it doesn't look good in a neighborhood of white and beige houses. They had to tell them it's the primer and they would paint it later. As long as it's not a bright color (neon green, hot pink, neon orange, neon red) it shouldn't be a problem. Peace ??
many new subdivisions have covenants ,
such as no trucks allowed to parked in the drive way at night
all mail boxes must be a certain size
all lawns have to be laid in a certain time
no shrubs or trees to be higher than stipulated
colour of houses have to be in tune with the neighbourhood
no vegetable gardens in the front part of the section
a friend i know was forced to stop feeding pigeons and doves that constantly flew over her house , neighbours complained
so be careful about disobeying the rules.
