How do you hang a tapestry in a dorm with cement block walls?

I have a tapestry for my room at school but realized we have cement walls? how the hell do I hang it now?

Make a sleeve for the back, to hold a rod or dowel, if it doesn't already have one. http://www.allpeoplequilt.com/how-to-qui...

This link tells you how to make one (you will have to adjust the size depending on how big your tapestry is; this link gives instructions for making a sleeve for a quilt). Once you have the sleeve on, slip in the rod or dowel, attach a wire or string to the rod/dowel, and hang the thing from a Command hook (I'm assuming the cement walls are painted).

If you are not handy with a needle, get some binder clips and clip them to the top corners of the piece. Run the hanging string/wire through the tops of the binder clips, and hang it from a Command hook.

Concrete anchors are not hard to install but school rules may prevent it.
