I stated to paint a basement floor with Behr Premium 1-Part Epoxy Concrete & Garage Floor Paint. I swept, vacuumed and mopped the floor first, and then used there brand primer to act as an adhesive because there will be some heavy shelving placed there. But when i put 2 coats of the floor paint down i see a stain coming through. which i hadn't noticed what it was because it didn't come up when i was cleaning. so there is there something i could use like a primer or something else on the floor to block the stain?
