Ugh, I asked my mom if my room could be painted a plain color, like beige, or a cream white, so it could be easier to decorate, but instead she colored it a light purple like 2 years ago. It's like a lilac color. Don't get me wrong, I think the color is nice, but it's SO hard to style it. My style is very minimalist. I'm 14, and I don't like too much, colorful things in my room, I like things very plain and neat because it reminds me of having a tranquil state of mind. I WANT TO REPAINT my room so badly, but my mom will get very pissed off :/
