I am not a professional one but I think it is more suitable than smaller ones for 16*10 ft room. I have also installed LED ceiling lights in my newly renovated living room. It looks awesome & helps me to save money on my electricity bill.

I'm getting recessed lighting installed in my bedroom. They asked what kind I wanted. I said something that gives off a soft warm glow so they suggested not to get LED. They gave a quote based on 6 inch non led. Is that size and type ok? Or are the smaller ones better? I asked for 4. I don't know if that will look ok. It's a 16x10 ft room.
