I have a bunk bed i want to make it one bed using both beds?

I am getting older and much taller now so i am looking for a cool way to change up my room.

your going to have to take them apart. put both bed springs side by side and buy a queen size matress.

Put the 2 beds together

These links show how to place the two twin bed mattresses and frames so you could continue to use one bed for sleeping and get extra length by placing the bed pillows on the end of the other bed. This second bed would be a place for extra seating and not for sleeping.

A regular twin size mattress is 39 inches wide and 75 inches long. If you placed the two twin mattresses side-to-side, they will lack the length but this would give you an overall mattress size close to that of a king size mattress, which is 76 inches wide by 80 inches long.

The links below list steps for combining two twin mattresses or twin XL mattresses to create a king size sleeping area, and the use of a bed bridge to fill the space between the mattresses.
