Also, if they hurt your feet the first day, don't be discouraged. It may not be the right fit for you. Take note of where the shoe is hurting your foot, and remember what your needs are the next time you buy heels.
For example, I cannot wear heels that are too constricting across the ball of my foot or the ones that push my toes together.
Also think about the height of a platform on your shoe in relationship to the heel. For example, a 6 inch heel with a two inch platform will be much easier on your feet than a 6 inch heel with no platform. A higher platform decreased the incline of your foot, and the pressure on your arch and ball of your foot.
A couple of other things on a tangent but worth mentioning.... When you are buying heels, don't get suckered in by a really cute pair that is too small or hurts your feet. I've done this before and you know what happens? They end up looking super cute sitting in my closet and never being worn out the door, and me feeling bummed I can't wear them but too attached to give them away :)
i need to wear high heel to go to places but my feet are not use to it so , i have been think it it will be okay for me to wear high heel to do chore around my house so my feet can get use to it and also can practice walking on my high heel shoes. Today I will try to do shore with high heel shoes. but before i try do it i want know if it okay. please answer this questions as soon and fast as possible.
