Oatmeal or rolled oats mixed with peanut butter and raspberry jam. And maybe 25 push-ups done fairly quickly. Get the blood flowing, you're breathing rate up, and you'll draw in more oxygen, which in turn will wake you up faster.
Brown bread and couple of eggs with a fresh juice or cold milk would provide you energetic and make you wake up.
Drinking Vegetable soup will give you much needed source of energy. (Natural energy)
