there are many foods in market and our nature but there are few energy giving foods....like peenut, momo..but more energy giving food is coco...in fix amount...

Well here's the thing i go to the gym 6 times a week and at times when i go i don't gave the energy but i go anyways cause i want stay in shape, and if i can get some recommendations to new foods that will give me more energy or proteins etc.. ? Thanks for the help !
