This type of fly can give live birth. When you kill it, what you see are larvae (maggots) coming out. Spraying the whole thing with ammonia (windex, etc) should kill it. If you are able to sweep the fly quickly onto a sheet of paper along with the larvae, putting it near an ant hill is also an effective solution. Insects know how to deal with their own, and the ants will dispose of every single maggot.
If a maggot escapes into your house, it may mature into a pupa if it finds food. The pupa later hatches into a new fly. That's why it's important to try to get every single maggot, or you'll have a batch of flies in the house in about two weeks.

You could not be infested with a fly's type of parasite anyway. People has people-type parasites and animals have others. Fear not.

OK THERE WAS THIS HUGE FLY IN MY HOUSE and it was really scary so I smacked it with a book and then it twitched and started crawling again so I smacked it again and it died and then these tiny yellowish worms came crawling out of it there was like 20 of them all over the table please what do I do parasites are my biggest fear in the world I am hyperventilating and bawling right now im serious i am so terrified of them and maggots and this is the worst thing that could've happened to me I need help!!!
