If there were a good answer to that, everybody would be doing it. Everything that comes to mind is either criminal or just unlikely to succeed.
One of the better options under the unlikely to succeed heading would be writing short ebooks. There are people who make good money at it, and there are many more who try but never quite develop a following. Usually writing is more of a long hard road before you see much of a payoff. At least it doesn't cost you anything to try, and you can do it and work whatever crappy job you can get.
