Just find a natural area near where you live, or next time heavy rain is forecast, go TO a natural area where you can have a good chance of going out unclothed so that your body can be caressed and washed by Mother Nature. Probably there's even a bus route you can take, that passes by an appropriate area!! Get far enough away from a trail so that you are less likely to be spotted, but take care not to get lost: it would be just a BIT embarrasing if you wandered away from your clothes and had to be rescued naked by a search and rescue party :D. After sunset is of course better, but if you can find a good place where you won't be easily seen in the daylight, even better.

Go out to the suburbs and find a place secluded by the woods or something. (I would be lucky cause I have something like that in my back yard.) Or like an abandoned park. Just not in the city.

If you lived in Washington State, there'd be lots of places to do this. (I wonder why I've never thought of it.. I do love rain.)

I'd suggest not going alone since there's predators everywhere. (for both guys and girls)

I suggest you should try to sneak into the top of the roof of a sky scraper or join a registered Naked Club in your nearest areas to enjoy your naked in the rain.

in order to enjoy the rain naked, you need a permit from the government. the permits cost $750 and can be obtained from your federal congressman's office.

Go way out to the dessert where there is sprinkler irrigation and run through those at night.

i just posted this question yesterday and i did not get many suggestions.. so i had to ask this again.. i want to go out in heavy rain and no one should see that.. please tell me where and how i can do this... i live in an apartment so its not possible here...
