I designed a new electric power source...?

I designed a new type of electric power source can anyone find fault in the reasoning of the design? Any feedback positive or negative would be good.

>can anyone find fault in the reasoning of the design?

Here are two flaws:

1. Under static conditions the electric field in a conductor is zero. There will be zero voltage difference due to the external electrostatic field. Try googling "electric field conductor zero" for many explanations of this.

2. If the device did work as described, it appears to violate the laws of thermodynamics. No one else has found a loophole so I'm pretty sure you haven't either.

>I'm posting it to the public to make it patent free for any organization

Did you actually build & test one? I have no problem with you spending your own money to build the device and test it.

Sounds like a capacitor but I what do I know. If you make a perpetual motion machine that can power a small apartment or home, then you will have riches beyond your wildest dreams and help our planet.

Good luck.

There are some fundamental problems with this design.

Nuff said!

We need to see the design to test it.
