If I have reached my daily transaction limit and my bank is closed then how am I supposed to get my money out of my account? I'm not trying to withdraw all of it I just need a short amount but the ATM says that I have reached the daily transaction limit and I can't even see my balance but I know the money is in there.

Go to your grocery store, buy a couple of items and get cash back.

wait until midnight and try again then get a second account and card
