No, it depends on the family, we are a very rich family and I never went as my dad beleives if a child wants to learn then a child can no matter where educated you can't make a child highly educated by buying their education and thry don't want it. I left school a state school with 4 A levels im 39 now have a family etc have only now decided uni is for me! I would rather be happy with my lot in life and why leave uni with student debt when I could earn money and live comfortably with my own family and have a house of my own!
Most do because education is very important in our society so many rich people go to private school to get a better education because have the funds to do so.
