I have just purchased some circles lenses from Pacific Pall in Toronto, Canada. I'm not sure if they are fake or not but I do know that circle lenses are super popular in Asian countries because they give the appearance of bigger eyes. Your bottle might just be in Japanese because the store you got it from purchased it from a company in Japan that actually makes and sells circle lenses to the general public. I did look them up by typing "super size circle lenses" in the Google search engine and a lot of results popped up, so I'm assuming they are real. I'll put the link in the sources box for you.
