The blouse and pencil skirt will do. For more interview attire tips, see

The pencil skirt and blouse seems perfectly fine. The colour should be fine. Generally wearing blue in an interview says.... "While light shades of blue are not good choices, darker hues of blue are perfect for job interviews. Navy and dark blue shades suggest that the individual wearing these colours is in control of their life. These colours symbolise stability, calm, truthfulness, and trustworthiness. Each of these qualities offers a positive message to prospective employers about the applicant." ( Lee Tonge)

I would wear a blazer, a pretty top, and dark wash skinny jeans. black blazer, light colored top, and dark skinny jeans, more specifically. You want to look clean and professional but also, stylish and young. and you could wear booties with a little heel or if it's hot, a pair of heeled sandals. don't dress like the high school teenage girls, haha.
