I say wear a black high waisted shorts or black skater skirt. also i would wear a white background black polka dot skirt, some high waisted leggings. really those are my choices :) for shoes, I would wear canvas shoes, black, white, black &white, gray &black, gray &white, white, silver, red, or black sandals. or black flipflops

I think the shirt can stand by itself, why overcrowd your look with something like pants.

flannel, (the red flannels go best of course) high-waisted shorts black lace leggings (you know the lace flower ones) and last but not least.. a pair of combat boots will pull it all together!
