Perhaps change out that tie belt for a leather belt ..... How is your waist? Well which ever you like best thin to medium (less then 3 inches)with a nice buckle.. Made that a belt have a feminine look. Low heels leather that matches the belt a simple style. For your necklace try stone or wood beads with metal that is complimentary/ matches/ blends with the buckle on the belt. Make that necklaces kind of big with earrings and bracelet that matches. Sounds like you're a bargain hunter so remember Goodwill Stores. Also think about making your jewelry. Oh if it's appropriate for your work place and you have long hair wear it in a little bit messy bun. The blue one. Elastic belt with floral lack buckle (easy to make). Then ever thing else to match the colors of the floral pattern. So if it was shades of yellow you might what to have a yellow flower on your hair clip yellow nylons and blue pumps. Just some ideas. You must of had something in mind to buy the dresses. Just gofor it.
I hate to say this but that is one of the most hideous dresses i have ever seen. It has no shape and is just not feminine at all. Almost looks like a cargo dress. Very strange. You can do better.
