Okay I'm 14 years old i'ma be 15 in about 4 months . I'm 5'0 and my pant size are 0 , [skinny jeans] and some still fit me a little big . I am SUPER skinny and I

the best thing to do is do it healthily. Eat more protein, by that, eat more chicken and fish and more veggies. Eat maybe 5 small meals a day and you'll prob gain more healthy weight! .By eating more, exercise more, do muscle exercises to gain more muscle and you'll gain weight AND be healthy!~.***:D

Turn 24! LOL OK. Seriously, your metabolism may be at its peak about now, meaning that your body's ability to burn calories will never be higher. As you get older, your metabolism will slow, allowing/forcing you to gain weight. But that doesn't help you very much now, does it? Eat doughnuts, especially with buttercream and jam fillings. Pizza. French fries. Milk shakes. Triple bacon cheeseburgers. But you didn't hear that from me. : )

Do some exercises to make your bum bigger! Also, eating foods with good, natural fats can make you gain weight the healthy way.

Relax. Once you get into your 20's you'll "fill out" (aka get chunky) as most women do once they hit that age. You'll long for the days when a size 0 was too big.

Eat loads of carbohydrates and protein and just more food in general. you can also take glucose tablets which help you put on weight.
