I did a quick search on Ebay for "clear" in women handbags and bags, and about 4,000 options came up. They had everything from really cheap ones to Betsey Johnson and Chanel. Just make sure to only buy from sellers with at least 98% positive feedback, anything lower is too low for Ebay in my opinion. You would have to wait for shipping though.
