The fourth one. 3 or 4 are best, the other too not so nice- a bit in your face with the pattern. For short people the last one would be cute, but the 3rd one is stylish and cute too.

All 4 are very pretty and can be wore for day or night. My choice at night would be a lightweight short black hoodie with it.

The fourth one is so cute. Trust me, either 3 or 4 will look the best on you. I'm 5'1 too and I have a few dresses like that.
