No. Blacks a bit heavy for this dress. White heels for this one is what I would pick.
in my opinion the whole theme of the skater dresses is to give a tomboy but chic feel. so black peep toes wouldn't quite work. but some mint colored converse would look adorable with them. i mean the peep toes could still work but the color is also not the best choice or the style compared to mint colored converse
