I wouldn't suggest wearing a long sleeve, and then a long sleeve cardigan. I know in my opinion I find it uncomfortable, and it's hard to get on, putting a long sleeve over a long sleeve. So, do a short sleeve shirt, if you want to keep that cardigan on. I would also suggest the combat boots for the knee high, or thigh high socks, do not go with cowboy boots for this!! And the blue jacket sounds pretty decent with the outfit. I would also maybe curl your hair, half up, half down, a nice cute hair style with it all, so as you said be cute and warm.
